Both residences are at O Residence, 9821 E Bay Harbor Drive, Bay Harbor Islands, Florida 33154, a boutique waterfront building between Bal Harbour and Surfside. Bal Harbour Shops is a 12 minute walk, the beach is about 15 minutes on foot, and Miami International Airport is about 30 minutes by car.

The building sits directly on the water where the bay opens to the ocean inlet. Unit 803 on the 8th floor has ocean views between the buildings, plus the bay and the Bal Harbour skyline. Unit 405 on the 4th floor has close-up views of the water, the passing yachts and the skyline across the bay.

Yes. There is a mechanical Shabbat keypad at a side entrance to the building, and a physical key to the residence can be provided on request, so nothing electronic is needed to get in. Each residence has a Shabbat hot plate, a hot water urn and separate dishes for meat and dairy.

Harborside Kollel and Bay Harbor Minyan, Chabad are on Kane Concourse in Bay Harbor Islands. Young Israel Congregation, Hechal Shalom Or Oziel and The Shul of Bal Harbour are in Surfside. The wider Bay Harbor Islands, Bal Harbour and Surfside community is served by an eruv.

Yes. Kosher dining and groceries are concentrated in Bay Harbor Islands and Surfside, including Meat Bar on Kane Concourse, Ovo at The Altair, Neya, The Harbour Grill and The Grove Kosher Market. Mikvah resources are available in Surfside.

Yes, at no extra charge. Unit 803 includes 2 private spaces and Unit 405 includes 1, assigned in the building garage. Please reserve your space before arrival, since the building tows cars parked in other spaces.

The building has two pools and two spas. One pool and one spa are heated. There is also a sauna, a fitness center with Peloton bikes, a waterfront BBQ area and a private dock with kayaks and paddleboards on request.

Bal Harbour beach is about a 15 minute walk over 96th Street. Surfside beach is about 5 minutes by car and Haulover Beach about 7.

Yes, and many guests do. The minimum stay is 7 nights, and weekly and monthly discounts apply automatically. Both residences have full kitchens, a washer and dryer and a work space for longer stays.

Yes. Both are in the same building, so together they sleep up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Contact us with your dates and we will coordinate both.

Yes. We provide a crib and a high chair, and a changing table on request. The quiet, safe neighborhood and short walk to the beach make it easy with kids.

Check-in is from 4 PM and checkout is by 10 AM. Check-in is self check-in with a keypad, and the building also has a mechanical Shabbat entry.

Full refund if you cancel at least 30 days before arrival, 50% refund if you cancel 7 to 30 days before, and no refund within 7 days. Bookings made at least 14 days before arrival can be cancelled for free within 48 hours of booking.

About 20 minutes by car. Many guests prefer staying in Bay Harbor Islands for the quiet streets and walkability, then driving to South Beach when they want it.
