From the private 222-square-foot balcony, guests can watch yachts glide directly in front of the building while the Bal Harbour skyline stretches across the bay and lights up at night. The developer floor plan lists approximately 1,220 square feet of A/C area, making Unit 405 the larger of our two residences by developer measurement. Inside, the home has been renovated and freshly painted, with contemporary Modani furnishings, a Viking kitchen with center island and quartz countertops, marble bathrooms and a freestanding soaking tub. The primary bedroom features a king bed and twin sofa bed, while the second bedroom has two twin beds that can be joined to create a king. The residence sleeps up to five guests.
For guests combining vacation and work, fast Wi-Fi is provided and a portable desk can be set up when needed. Unit 405 also includes a washer and dryer, two walk-in closets, a crib and high chair, and family beach essentials including chairs, towels, an umbrella and children’s beach toys. One private parking space in the building garage is included. Additional cleaning services during the stay can be arranged for an additional fee and paid directly to the cleaning provider.
