Our best available rate is on this website. When you book here, there is no platform in between: no platform fee added on top, every cost shown before you pay, and your questions answered by the people who run the residences.
What you pay
- The nightly rate for your dates.
- A cleaning fee, paid to the team that prepares the residence.
- Florida sales tax and the Miami-Dade Tourist Development Tax, which apply to short stays wherever you book.
- A refundable deposit or damage protection, where it applies to your stay.
Nothing is added after you have chosen your dates. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay, with any promotion or promo code already applied.
What booking direct changes
Offers you will not find elsewhere. Longer-stay savings, last-minute rates, seasonal specials and returning-guest offers are set by us and published on our Specials page first.
Answers from our team. Questions about a bedroom, an early arrival, specific access needs or a group booking across two residences go straight to us, not to a platform’s support queue.
Flexibility we can actually offer. Both current residences are in the same building, so a group of up to ten can book the two together, and we can arrange the details directly.
What does not change
The residence, the standard of preparation and the care behind every stay are exactly the same however you book. Our calendars are synchronized across our website, Airbnb and Vrbo, so availability is always accurate.
Booking with confidence
Your reservation is made through our secure reservation system. Payments are processed by our card processor and card details are never stored on this website. You receive a written confirmation with your dates, your total, your payment schedule and the cancellation terms, and you review and accept the rental agreement before your stay is confirmed.
