The building does a lot of the work
Two pools and two jacuzzis, a fitness center, a sauna and a steam room, plus an assigned garage space, which in this part of Miami-Dade is a genuine amenity rather than a filler line.
Who it suits
Couples who want the view from the higher floor. Families of four or five who need the second bedroom to be usable. Anyone working remotely for a few weeks who wants the water in view.
If step-free access or a soaking tub matters more than the ocean view, look at Unit 405 in the same building. Groups sometimes take both together.
