Daily life
Publix and a pharmacy are within walking distance, along with the cafes on Kane Concourse and the restaurants on 96th Street and Harding Avenue. Bal Harbour Shops is a 12 minute walk and the beach is 15.
We have just spent five happy weeks in Paula’s lovely apartment on Bay Harbour, which has a glorious intercoastal view. We look forward to our return next season.

Unit 803 has ocean, bay and skyline views from the 8th floor, a dedicated workspace and parking for 2. Unit 405 is on the 4th floor, closest to the water, with the larger balcony. Both have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleep 5.
