Unit 405 is our lower-floor waterfront residence and offers an especially close connection to the water. From the private 222-square-foot balcony, guests can watch yachts pass directly in front of the residence with the Bal Harbour skyline across the bay.
The residence offers approximately 1,220 square feet of developer-plan A/C area, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a beautifully furnished living area, Viking kitchen and one private parking space. Unit 405 offers the privacy of a residence, the comfort of the space and luxury of the furnishings along with the convenience of one of Miami’s most desirable coastal locations.
Unit 803, elevated ocean, bay and skyline views
Eight floors above the water, Unit 803 offers an entirely different perspective. From the living room and private 190-square-foot balcony, guests can enjoy views across the bay toward the Bal Harbour skyline with ocean views beyond.
Unit 803 offers approximately 1,213 square feet of developer-plan A/C area, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a Viking kitchen, dedicated workspace and two private parking spaces. It is an excellent choice for guests who value elevated views, remote-work space or additional parking.
Stay together without giving up your privacy
One of the greatest advantages of reserving both residences is flexibility. Grandparents can have one condo while children and grandchildren stay in the other. Two families can travel together without sharing every bathroom, bedroom and morning routine. Parents traveling with adult children can spend time together while maintaining separate private spaces. Guests working remotely can use the dedicated workspace in Unit 803 while the rest of the family enjoys the other residence.
And because both condos are within the same building, meeting for breakfast, heading to the pool or leaving for dinner together remains simple.
