Unit 803, on the 8th floor, has ocean views between the buildings, the bay below and the Bal Harbour skyline at night, with parking for 2. Unit 405, on the 4th floor, puts you close to the water, with the yachts gliding right in front of the balcony and the skyline across the bay. Both have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a Viking kitchen, washer and dryer, and sleep 5.

Two pools, two spas and a sauna
O Residence is a boutique building of only seven residential floors, completely renovated, with two pools and two spas, one pool and one spa heated, a sauna, a fitness center with Peloton bikes, a private dock with kayaks and paddleboards on request, and an outdoor BBQ overlooking the water. Because the building is small, guests tell us the pool and gym feel private.

Kane Concourse cafes are 6 minutes on foot, Bal Harbour Shops 12, and the beach 15. South Beach is about 20 minutes by car.

At Miami Waterfront Retreats, you are not booking a room category or being assigned a similar residence at check-in. Each listing is the actual private residence you will stay in, including the furnishings, balcony, view, bedroom configuration and parking.
Choose Unit 405 for the closer-to-the-water experience and the larger balcony, Unit 803 for elevated ocean, bay and Bal Harbour skyline views, or reserve both residences when traveling with up to 10 guests.

Four synagogues are within walking distance of the building.
There is a mechanical Shabbat keypad at a side entrance to the building, and a physical key to the residence can be provided on request, so nothing electronic is needed to get in or out. Each residence has a Shabbat hot plate, a hot water urn and separate dishes for meat and dairy.
